There is no way you can fold this, I can't even really imagine folding here considering you only havce to make this call correctly less than 1/20 times to come out ahead. I agree your almost certainly paying off a flush but in sklanksy's book 'small stakes hold'em' he says "paying off a better hand is a small mistake, but folding to a worse hand in a big pot is an absolute disaster"
given the math you just can't fold here no matter how much it hurts to see villain flip up the flush after you pay off.
