Like it was stated, knowing your level of education and field would be helpful. Regardless of whatever job you might be looking for, a resume is a good start to be able to organize your achievements and to have a professional touch as well.
I'm not sure if there's a listing, but there are frequent job fairs in major cities on a regular basis. Some are specialized, but a lot are looking for paid internships or some low-level entry positions.
Also, there are probably several online sites which let you upload your resume so that potential employers can find you or you can contact them as well.
