It just depends. If she is really focused on her career then forget it. It's hard for women in Public Accounting to move up in the ranks, so I doubt she would risk having the fact that she dated you potentially exposed to her boss.

Your best bet is to invite her to a company group thing, which she should have no issues in attending. Then you can make your move.
