I would normally bet here against an unknown, prob around 1/2 - 3/5 pot, just enough to leave him thinking he has the right implied odds for trying to make his hand and if he is not drawing lets him think he has showdown value dependent on river because of weakish bet. TBH I am probably double barrelling that board 50% of the time even with air/outside draw because it looks so strong,

Against more aggressive players i c/c / c/r turn, then either lead river or check river to induce bluff depending on opponent.

I really like cs3's advice.
