ok....here's the key for any books

find a local, small bank

I mean really local and really small

open up a checking account with a visa or mastercard backed debit card

now, a decent sized bank pays for fraud protection, so visa and mastercard will block most international online purchases, especially those to online gaming sites, because of the high fraud score. If you find a bank small enough, they won't have that service and transactions will go right through.


anyway...visa all-access gift cards and visa green dot cards are another great method
