I think this is a call. There are a ton of hands in his range that didn't get there by the river, especially in a BvB hand. As far as betting the turn, i think QT, any flush draw, even occasionally a jack will bet here. I will say, however, I doubt that is a jack betting for value too often. Seems like the classic nuts or air scenario, and there aren't too many kings left in the deck.
