Never played NL10 so I don't know if people ever fold when their cbet gets raised, but this is sure a weak bet. I am certainly folding to any agression, but his range here is so often 2 overs that are scared to fire a real cbet and it looks like he is giving up.

These are my thoughts too and giving up here feels a little weak at 6max but I'm not sure how things differ at NL....
