sort of similar. we'd have two teams do rock paper scissors against each other. if you won, you continued and poured whatever you wanted into a community cup. if you lost, you sat out. The losing team has to drink the whole communal cup. They do rock paper scissors against each other to determine the order of drinking, but the whole cup has to be finished by the end of the line.
