I went to giftcards.com and sent myself a $500 virtual giftcard. It took maybe 4 hours for them to process the whole thing and I just put $250 into both UB and Stars with zero problem. There is a $2 processing fee when you buy the card and that was the only fee. Just bought a virtual card as a gift, which I sent to myself at my e-mail address. they send you an e-vite basically to claim your present. open an account, wait 4 hours, deposit. the max for a card is $500 would be the only downfall. hopes this works for some others.
