Umm... how are you planning on getting there? do you want to fly? Do you want to go overland? Need more info!

All of those countries are sweet, but there's a whole lot of places in between Thailand and Italy.... what are you looking for? I'm not sure why you would go to Asia and just go to Thailand then fly to Europe. Seems kind of a waste.
