This might make me sound racist, I dunno. I think its more of a cultural thing, and of course there are exceptions.
In black and hispanic culture, being aggro and taking the lead in situations (including interacting w/ a girl) is a natural thing. Most asian cultures are the exact opposite. I think girls just tend to hook up with guys who are able to take the lead like that, regardless of race. I've talked to girls who are curious about hooking up w/ an asian guy, they just don't meet too many asians who are able to step up.
