Check-fold seems right unless you want to give yourself a more aggressive image (which I don't think is worth it). This board is just too draw heavy and too many high cards to c-bet this.
On the other hand, I think that if you are going to c-bet this flop, you have to make it about the pot-size because that is the amount you would normally bet with AA or KK. And you may get more folds as well.
Check-fold seems much less spewy IMO.
