CheapFlop you will need to open the Epass account and add a credit card. You will then verify the card (can be done same day) and load money. I believe the min is $25 like you said. The problem would be getting UB to cashout to this method with a deposit from this method. You can certainly try it and if it doesn't work try emailing support to see if they can help. Once they approve the cashout you should have the money on your Epass right away (my past experience is it usually takes about 12 hours for UB to cashout to Epass). Once its there you can deposit using Epass into Stars. Should work.
