yeah it is hard to organize fairly.
how about this: I have to write 10 out of the 15 pages by 5pm tomorrow, but you get odds since it shouldn't be that hard for me to do.
If I'm too lazy to do 10 pages by then you get $10. If I do it, I get $3.
