I assume you have prior casino experience? On that note, there is probably no chance a casino will hire me to be tournament director without being a freakin dealer first, huh? Like even if I prove to them I'm already way better than 95% of their dealers on my own (I used to deal/run charity tournaments on the side for a while until they stopped letting us award cash)?
