I feel your pain bro. Check out my topic under General Gambling > Psychology about poker leading to social isolation. I'm gonna take the focus I use in poker, to focus on addressing my social life more. Poker isn't going anywhere, and it will be there for me when I'm 20 years into my marriage and tired of having sex with my wife.
