I understand why ppl think it make sense.
I think its total bs though. The tigher the range the tighter you should play. "But he will go broke more often" is not enough, just do some math and see.

How about "He will fold on every board he doesn't like and I know pretty much exactly which boards he doesn't like?" Would that be enough of a justification? FWIW, he tanked forever and folded.
