his flop 3-bet is so small. really looks to me like he has an overpair that is just trying to find out if he's good and looking to fold to a 4-bet. if you think he is the type to say to himself, "i'm raising and folding to a 4-bet - oh well he 4-bet he might have a draw i'm allin." then 4-bet. otherwise i think calling and getting it in on a safe turn is preffered.
