Right. When I went to a game at Wright St which I think I remember being the Tues before Thanksgiving, the crowds was only a little smaller than it would otherwise be...because WSU is a commuter school for the most part and because they were playing Miami who brought a handful of fans of their own.

Miami is not a commuter school.
I went to some Tues-before-Thanksgiving games when I was a kid as well as Dec 20 or Dec 27 type games where the crowd was easily under 2,000 because all the students were away and Oxford pretty much becomes a ghost-town.
I think they've mostly concluded that they should just stop bothering to even schedule home-games during that period.

But I can see where it wouldn't make as much of a difference at a commuter-school and I really don't know anything about the teams that Naj has listed for tonight.

Definitely think that home-crowd and noise was helpful for Miami's big win against Xavier.
