A guy I know from the gym said he has been killing online poker at stars. He said that he made a great play at stars the other day.
I said "OK."
He says, "I buy in for $300,first hand I get a QQ on the button. Some guy puts me all in, another guy calls for his stack, so I triple up right away for $900.
I said "Wow."
He says "a few hands later I get KK on the button, a guy pushes all in, I double through on him, so I got $1,800 in front of me."
I say "what luck, that's great."
He says, "next hand, I get AA in the cut off, two guys in front of me with larger stacks push all in."
I said "what luck, unbelievable."
He said, "What do you mean what luck, I had pocket rockets, two guys push in before I acted, I had to fold cause I knew something was up."
