Well he can raise the turn since there are plenty of worse hands that nwin will bet/call here and it's rather unlikely that nwin will 3-barrel on the river (although he did it here but if you watch the rest of the session you will see that this is not the rule).
So I think the only reason Erik played it WA/WB (or whatever you call it) is that he had some respect for the preflop 3-bet

Well maybe you know how neverwin plays better then I do. On the other hand, if we're going to make that the point, Erik undoubtedly knows his play better then you do.
