OT: Everyone and their mothers raising < 3x
I've only been playing online MTTs for about 6 months, but even in that time it seems like there's been a 'movement' against opening the standard 3xBB. People still generally do it during the first few levels, but once the antes start you see a lot of 2.5x'ish opening raises.
It used to be pretty uncommon to see raises under 3x (besides minraises), such that I would almost identify a player raising ~2.5x as being solid. Now I see some of othe worst players doing it too.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this trend during the past year.
