Default Adults dupe teen into MySpace-assisted suicide

Link

It gets kinda complicated, since the reporter doesn't name names, so here's how it went down in bullet-point form:

1. Two teenage girls strike up a friendship, then eventually one, Megan Meier, breaks it off.
2. The jilted friend's family creates a fake MySpace profile of a cute boy, eventually getting other teens in the neighborhood in on the "joke."
3. The fake profile becomes friends with Megan and then basically trainwrecks her.
4. Megan hanged herself in the closet.

What the [censored] is wrong with people? They knew that Megan had a history with depression, and basically set out to destroy her life. And there's nothing the law can do about it.
