Default Bulking up, help!

Decided recently that I want get fit, gain weight/muscles, so I've joined the gym.

I'm 155lb, 5'10 with a high metabolism, so far my plan of attack is simply to do pyramid strength training w/ some cardio 5 days a week.

I've been reading a little about supplements such as creatine/protein powders/MRP's etc but really have no idea how effective they are. I've also read that I need to start eating a lot more (durr) and will obv be doing that.

I think there is probably a few gym enthusiasts among the OOT community so I've decided to post here and hopefully get some pointers. help!
