Hi,

A friend of mine would like to sign up with Full Tilt but he has no cash in neteller at the moment. Is it possible for him to open a Full Tilt account with rakeback and then receive a player to player tranfer from me to start playing? Or does he have to make an initial deposit to kick things off?
