Almost true, but since you don't get dealt quads that often enough, I don't think it matters whether people can be deceptive with it. I played a hand of 5/10 recently where I was in the big blind with KQT9. Flop came KKK and I bet out the pot and got called. So I bet out the pot again on the turn ($130 bet) and got called again.
Fast play is the new slow play. Bet the pot, they just wont believe you have it. Turned out he had JJ lol.
