1) I don't steal this early, especially with 75s.
2) Bet the pot, with 2 hearts, no drawing allowed.
3) If he calls, play very slow if a heart turns (c/c small bet) If another rag I'd bet 1/2 the pot
4) No need to get fancy this early.
