Are you having trouble with this hand because you want to know if you should bet the turn? Not sure what the confusion really is. He's passive, and it's a pretty bad turn card for you. You beat complete air, some mid pair hands that might peel, and 45. Looks like a standard fold. I don't think someone running 32/5 is floating looking to bluff you out on scary turn cards.

Your biggest hope is he has 77-88, or TT, and he thinks he needs to protect his hand by shoving (and, or may get you to lay down). I don't think I'd give someone that much credit, but you're at the table and have a better read.
