since you corrected yourself and said it was BB, I would say his range is likely a weak Ace that is betting trying to sandwich UTG+1. SB knows that UTG will probably let any hand that is not an Ace go. I think it is either a weak drawing hand like J9 or a weak Ace. I don't think that sb is going to be into the Preflop raise with 88 or TT or even AT.
