Never seen this guy before, Doesnt seem any good, was playing off 28/5 or something like that over around 100 hands

I feel like folding this is really weak but what do I beat that plays like this? It's either a shove or fold cos of stack sizes. A lot of the time my rational is this guy is probably a donk and donks play's don't make sense cos they donks.....but I still end up folding cos I'm a nit
