3betting pf if the best line here. Button is raising with a fairly wide range (most of which you crush). Playing AQs likely 3handed OOP sucks. Most of the time your 3bet will take it down, and other times a flop cbet will. If he 4bets pf you can get away from the hand. Right now you really don't have much of an idea what his hand is...
