I would like to also add that people that complain or make excuses about not having enough time, never learned how to manage their time effectively. There is 168 hours in a week. I'm sure there is enough hours in that 168 to go out and start doing things that you said you didn't have "time" to do before.

I limit sleep to about 6 hours a night and given how fast I went though university I'd say I'm pretty efficient. I still have time issues. I keep a list of interesting things I'd like to do and as soon as I cross one off I add 2 or 3.
The time thing though got me thinking about where I spend my time and I realized I devote quite a bit to working out and other appearance maintenance activities. We have had the typical material success goals, the intellectual goals, and the spiritual / happiness stuff. No one has mentioned anything about physical appearance. How important is maintaining your physical appearance to your life goal?
