Pretty much. Also I'm folding to a shove from the big stack and the 2nd place guy, but definitely calling a shove from the short stack, so raising to 600 doesn't do me any good (except maybe help convince the short stack that he doesn't have FE with his middle suited cards). Also, if I am called by the middle stack, a continuation bet will be ~700 into a ~1400, rather than having to bet 800 into a ~1600. It's a small difference but I think it can add up longterm.
