Partly depends on just how bad SB is. Will he call 2bets here without an ace or something better? If he will then the raise might be good, but he would have to be really awful to be calling with nothing so I suspect the raise is for bluffing rather than equity.
If you think they missed the ace then you're not scared of many cards, maybe a K, 7 or 8 (to give 2pair or trips).
It's a coordinated board so UTG could be pumping a draw, but, if he's got any sense his flop 3bet implies he can beat TP. The ace is very likely to hit one of them, in which case you're throwing away money.
I think I'd just call, you probably have 5 outs in a 11.5BB pot.
