Well the first post was just some young girls playing in a lake, which could've easily been and probably was a family photo.

So, haha, goofy's ladyfriend is 12 years old, haha joke made, let's move on.

But the last two (different girl) clearly violated decency and definitely had the intent of being sexual and provacative.
