What do you mean by this? That Mystery is using material that, he, himself, needs to use in order to be successful?
[/ QUOTE ]I'm not the one you asked, but I took it to mean that, now that he has revealed a small portion of his routine to the public, others won't be able to use that material because they'll know it's a line. (I believe that one of the aspects of the openers is that it doesn't sound like a "line," therefore the target is caught off guard. But now people will realize that it is a line.)
E.g., maybe now, girls will be wary if someone comes up to them asking about flossing or if they saw a fight outside over a guy named George.
