Dead serious. When I was younger I figured if I won I'd just keep quite, put on 30lbs, dye my hair, and legally change my name. Claim the prize then reverse everything.
At this stage in my life though I'm at a place where the shame I'd feel from the lottery is greater then the value of the prize. If I lived in the States I might feel different since the prizes are much larger. But even for a larger prize I'd still return to my original hide my identity plan.
