I would think mostly overpairs if he's reasonable, sets too but that's just bad luck, also you can't cut out JT entirely and 67 would be quite strange, he might even have AK and doesn't want to fold.
I think you need to commit now, make a good sized bet and get the money in if you can since some cards will surely kill the action, he can call you with tons of overpairs you beat, if he beats you oh well you get the info at least
