The preview I saw implied that it wasn't necessarily a hero we knew, just someone with superpowers. I think we'll be looking at a new villain this week.

my guess is that the "new villian" is just the guy we say in Week 1 who killed Hiro's father. and the people who are dying are people like Hiros father, Peters mom, etc, not the "real Heroes". in other words, no new info.
