Yes, I'm coaching, I coach more then I play I think. I charge 200$/session. Is it worth it? Well, on a 3k bankroll I hope you'd be playing alot, or else, no, it would not. But otherwise yes, it would.

I don't put a cap on my students, but I have many, so it's not always possible to schedule a lesson immediately.

About your pot odds question:
People argue with me all the time about this, they shoudl do it their way, I wont stop them, but when figuring out equity you include your call since if a call is correct, the break even point is the neutral point that you get "back" what you put "in," or, the equity share (say you have 20% equity) should not go beyond 20% of the TOTAL pot put in (as in 20 into 60 is ok, even though thats technically not the right odds, it's the right equity share)
