I have already started riding the exercise bike and will soon be up to 45 minutes, at least 5 times a week. I'm also going to not eat as many calories and eat more healthy food. I'll cook more than I normally do.
I may get a trainer and start weight training after some time too, or just to advise me on what kind of cardio I should be doing.
I really look forward to it.
edit: oh I'm also going to cut back on my drinking, both wine and beer.
