I taught AP U.S. History for 9 years, and now I'm an adjunct professor for US History, and I gotta' say...Drown v. Board of Suffocation killed me.
For your thesis project, explain how they decide the weight limit on bridges. Demonstrate how they keep driving heavier and heavier trucks across them, and when it finally collapses, weigh the final truck and rebuild the bridge.
