The Pee +EV bit is strange.
Not posting to come in is, however, common in the Northwest - in fact here when you sit down UTG+1, they are asking whether you want to start now with just two free hands, or wait until the cutoff! (We DO give people missed blind buttons, though.) I've been curious for a long time whether this was common in other parts of the country/world.
