PFR has a 3.5 AF I think he's c-betting virtually any 4. If the passive player raised I'd muck it, but otherwise I'd probably check raise and play for stacks here. The only hand that has us crushed is a set with a higher flush draw. Everything else we have a decent number of outs against or are ahead of (although maybe not in equity if he has a wrap/higher flush draw).
If I decided I didn't want to play for stacks on the flop, I would bet/fold as others have suggested
