qft. get out and about more. exercise more. read a book more. just about anything that doesnt involve "sitting there" like usual.
take it from someone who's been there done that.
there's a reason you are sitting there and wondering. don't feed the cycle by doing it more. get out and golf or play hoops or tennis, or go for walks while it's still nice out.
whatever it is... do it.
