I think you aren't getting responses because you're describing a situation that doesn't (shouldn't) exist.

Your argument against deep stack nlhe is that it turns into a game of calling with any two and then peddling the nuts. Obviously this isn't the case as any semi-competent opponent would easily beat that strategy. Raise, c-bet, fold on the rare occasion that you meet resistance.

As far as the strategic complexity you're asking for, as has been said deep stack allows for more decisions on more streets for more chips. Don't know what else you're looking for.

This kind of reminds me of the brad booth huge pre-flop raise discussion/situation.
