Oh, also, some people are getting hosed based on their draw. There's a few that are going to have to lose that would handedly beat a lot of what some of the eventual winners will be (though I guess if we're going down to 16 and not 12 it won't matter so much).
Oh and props to Gild for getting these out ahead of schedule.
