Make your self a weekly to do list and write down "Go for 30min walk" 3 times on it.

Then when you go for a walk get a big marker and cross it out. Makes you feel good when you finish your weekly sheet. Put anything else you want on there but take pride when you cross out each thing.

Works for me.
