Default Re: mehhhh, I dont like to fold

Not sure how much value there is in a flop peel here. It's tough because you have the best hand often but your hand is also kinda face-up, so if you're intending on folding the turn it's really tough. Basically you're really only calling for your draw even though you have the best hand often because vilain will fire the turn 100% if he 3bet you with KQ/QJ/KT etc.

I hate flops like these because folding them feels too weak when I know I'm best a lot, but calling down from the flop on doesn't feel particularly great either...

I've thought about these sort of hands a lot but I think without anything to go on it's a really tough spot in general. If you're calling the flop intending to calldown only when you hit on the turn then you'll fold the turn basically 88% of the time. I think the big benefit to calling down here when you're really questioning how strong your hand is, is that you can find out how tenaciously your opponent valuebets/whether they 3bet+3barrel, even though you'll still have a small sample.

Guess that's my way of saying I probably call the turn here and re-decide on the river if I pick up any sort of timing tell, but that I often call the turn and the river. Which feels yucky, but not much yuckier than any other option from the flop on.
