It starts with some stuff that you probably already know, but overall I think its the best book on NLHE I have read - better that NLHETAP IMO.

I also like the book and I liked the information regarding SPR (stack-to-pot ratio) in theory but I'm not so sure I like their methods for applying it. (i.e. - pf raise size heavily influenced by starting hand and stack size considerations.) It's still very good stuff to think about.
